We have a small team of talented domain specialist content writers who create high-quality written content for our clients. The content copywriting team is managed by our Founder and Writer-in-Chief, Simon MacTaggart. Can I order a single content piece?
No. The best results with business blogging and content marketing are achieved when content is published consistently – so we focus exclusively on creating monthly content plans. And because we invest a lot of time in research before we start writing (as with all our copywriting services), spreading this cost over a months (or more), content plan provides our clients with the very best value.
Do you offer revisions or refunds?
No. We’re highly-skilled digital copywriters and content writers devoted to creating well-researched, engaging and persuasive content pieces. In short, we’ll get it right first time by combining a near obsession with a comprehensive client briefing process and heavyweight copywriting and content writing skills. How do I book my Content Plan?

What happens after I book my Content Plan?
After you’ve booked your job you’ll be emailed a payment receipt. We’ll also advise you on which week (over the next four weeks from Monday) your job will be started and then completed.
Then we’ll book a thirty minute Skype briefing call with yourself and our Founder & Writer-in-Chief, Simon MacTaggart.
Next, we’ll email you a Google Docs link to our client briefing questionnaire to complete prior to your Skype briefing call with Simon.
After the briefing call, we’ll get to work and complete your job. And once your job is completed we’ll email you a Google Docs link to your completed content pieces.
What happens when you’re booked out?
We accept new content job bookings up to four weeks in advance (from the first Monday after the booking date), so if you’re reading this page, we currently have space to accept and start your booking within the next four weeks from Monday (excluding public holidays). When we’re booked out for the next four weeks, this page will be replaced with a client waiting list registration page.
